Caring for Collections and How to Fund It is presented by History Trust of South Australia and Artlab Australia. You will discover the projects and grants your community group or organisation can access to help care for your valued collections.
Artlab conservators will cover practical examples of collection care projects that have been successfully funded through grants including disaster planning, training, surveys and conservation treatments.
History Trust staff will provide an overview of key funding available together with some hints and tips about submitting successful grant applications.
Then join us for afternoon tea followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of Artlab’s conservation laboratories in the North Terrace cultural precinct.
