SACON International is an alliance of South Australian businesses, including Artlab, offering services to both government and non-government organisations in order to manage cultural change. SACON's areas of expertise include strategic planning, design services, education, environmental law and the conservation and management of collections. Ian is based at Artlab and assists with Artlab's general programs, as well as organising overseas trade missions and exhibitions as part of his SACON work.
