Students Conservators at Melbourne are the representative body for students from the University of Melbourne's Masters in Cultural Materials Conservation course who invited Artlab to present a session for conservation students.

Textiles Conservator, Victoria Thomas, joined the webinar and presented Intro to Textile Conservation on 27 October 2021 covering treatments, mounting techniques performed in textiles conservation and described objects commonly cared for by textile conservators.

Preventive care strategies commonly used by professionals in the field were explained and some case studies were also examined. The webinar ended with a live tour of the Textiles laboratory.
